Stew Mutton with Herbs
Ingredients
750g mutton,10g each of conioselinum,astrangalus membranaceus and tangerine peel,cinnamon,and cinnamomum cassia presel,3 slices of angelica,1 slice of licorice root,15g medlar,10 red dates,1 ginger
Seasoning
2-3 bottles of rice wine,3 tbsp black sesame oil
Methods
1.Rinse and cut mutton into small pieces.Blanch them into the boiling water.Rinse herbage,drain.Soak red dates.Slice ginger.
2.Heat the pot,fry ginger with black sesame oil until fragrant and put mutton in to stir-fry,then remove to a pot for stewing with rice wine until mutton is soft and done.
Efficiency
