Carp Soup with Bean Sprouts
Ingredients
1 carp,10g totrapanax papyriferus k.koch,100g bean sprout
Seasoning
tbsp rice wine,proper salt and spice oil
Methods
1.Remove the viscera of carp and rinse.Rinse bean sprouts
2.Cook bean sprouts,tong ts'ao with water,after boiling,turn to low heat to cook for 30minutes,then put a carp in to continue cooking until a carp is done.Remove Tong-Ts'ao and add seasoning in
