Clams soup with carrot
Ingredients
500g clams,1 radish,1 scallion,6cups of broth
Seasoning
tbsp wine,proper salt,pepper powder and spice oil
Methods
1.Soak clams in salty water and then rinse.Pate and shred radish.Rinse and mince scallion
2.Cook shredded radish with broth,after boiling turn to low heat to cook,put calms when radish becomes transparent and then turn to high heat to continue cooking until calms open.Add seasoning in and sprinkle minced scallion.
Efficiency
Relieve heat.Help digestion.
