Stew Pig's Heart with Sha Shen and Yu Zhu
Ingredients
1 pig's heart,20g each of root of beach silverstop and solomon'seal rhizome,8 red dates
Seasoning
Proper salt
Methods
1.Clean and rinse pig's heart,blanch in the boiling water.Rinse herbage,soak red dates
2.Put water and all the ingredients in a pot to cook.After boiling,turn to low heat to stew for 1 hour.Add salt in.
Efficiency
Moisten lung and stop coughing.Good for stomach.
