Laverish Pie
Ingredients
A:200g flour,150 cream,1/2 tbsp salt,1/2 cup of cold water
B:400cc milk,90g sugar,40g flour,1 yolk,butter
C:30g,butter,10cc rum
Methods
1.Cut the butter into the size like yellow bean,mix it with flour
2.Dissolve salt in cold water,add 1,mix them well and put them in a plastic bag for 30 minutes
3.Roll the paste into flat,fold it in 3 times,roll it again,chill it for 30 minutes
4.Cook C by simmer until foamy
5.Bake by 180C into golden,cut it into three parts,paint it by 4,slice it,then serve
