Ingredients
1 hen,75g morus alna L.,10g medlar
Seasoning
proper salt
Methods
1.Rinse and blanch hen in the boiling water.Rinse herbage.
2.Cook herbage,hen with water,after boiling,turn to low heat to cook until hen is soft.Add seasoning in.
