Stew Dark-Skinned Hen with Ginsengs
Ingredients
1 dark skinned hen,6-7 pcs.of ginsengs,10g medlar,10 red dates,2 tbsp rice wine
Methods
1.Rinse hen,cut into pieces and then blanch into the boiling water.Rinse herbage,then drain.Soak red dates until soft.
2.Put hen,all herbage,water and rice wine in a pot to cook with high heat,after boiling,turn to low heat to continue cooking for abt.1 hour.
Efficiency:  Good for liver and kidney. Cure backache.
