Curry Chicken Pie
Ingredients
2 pieces of paste A, 2 pieces of chicken breast,70g mushrooms,150g frozen three colors vegetables,100g bacon,3 eggs 10g curry powder,30g corn powder,1/4 cup of red wine,4 tbsp olive oil,2 tbsp salt,1 tbsp sugar
Methods
1.Cut chicken breast into dice,mix with salt,sugar,corn powder,2 eggs,red wine,pickle it for 2-3 hours
2.Cut bacon into dice,fry it by olive oil,add frozen three colors vegetable until medium well,add curry powder,serve
3.Put 1 piece of paste on the pan,add 2(cool it off first)on,cover it by the other piece of paste
4.Stick the edge by water.Dig a tiny hole on the top of the paste,paint the egg dressing on it,bake for 30 minutes by 190C into golden,then serve
