Pig's kidney soup with Du Zhong
Ingredients
1 pair of pig's kidney.20g eucommic bark,10g medlar,1 ginger
Seasoning
2 tbsp wine,proper salt
Methods
1.Cut the kidney into halves,remove the membrane,score in a crisscross pattern and soak in the water.Rinse kidney and then blanch in the boiling water.Rinse herbage and drain.Slice ginger.
2.Stew ingredient 20g eucommic bark with 5 cups of water and then turn to high heat while putting kidney and seasoning in to cook until boiling again.
