Lemon Pie
[Ingredients]
paste A,30g.Lemon juice,1 Tbsp geltain,50g,sugar,3/4 cup of water,2 eggs,100cc cream,30cc milk,1/2 tbsp lemon-skin chopped.
[methods]
1.soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water
2.cook milk,yolk,lemon juice,25g,sugar by simmer,and mix them well
3.Put gelatin into 2 stir them until sticky,then turn the fire off.Stir the egg white and sugar until bramy.
4.Add the dressing of milk egg and lemon-skin chopped into the egg white mix them well
5.Put 3 on the paste chill it for 1 hour.Put 100cc cream in a pan,stir it until almost solid.
6.Take the pie out garnished by cream
