 Almond cake

Ingredients

120g flour 5 egg whiter 5 yolk 1/4 cup milk 1/4 tbsp vanilla powder 150g castor sugar 1/4 tbap soda powder 1/4 cup of oil 50g almond sliced

Methods

1.Paint butter on the baking model spread almond sliced on it

2.Mix flour soda powder vanilla powder together and sift

3.Stir egg white until barmy add 100g sugar for several times stir them to be half soild

4.Mix yolk with 50g sugar milk and 2 oil well

5.Put a little of egg white into the yolk stir lightly add the rest of egg white for several times in the yolk pour them in the baking model paint smoothly

6.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 170C bake for 40 minutes
