Cream Cake

 Cream Cake
Ingredients
120g flour 5 egg white 5 yolk 1/4 cup milk 1/4 tbsp vanilla powder 150g sugar 1/4 tbsp soda powder,1/4 cup of oil 60g cream salt fruit
Methods
1.Mixed flour soda powder and salt and vanilla powder together and sift
2.Stir egg white until barmy add 100g sugar for several times stir to be half solid
3.Mix yolk with 50g sugar milk mixed flour and oil
4.Put a little of egg white into the yolk stir lightly then add the other egg white for several times to the yolk and mix them well.Paint oil on the baking model pour paste in
5.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 170C bake for 40 minutes
6.Cool the cake off then paint it by cream put the rest of cream in the decorating tube and garnish the cake after that topping the cake by a few fruits
