Ingredients:
- 100g. Flour
- 150g. castor sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk water
- 20g. soluble cocoa
- 1/4 tbsp soda powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 tbsp. barmy powder
- 1/4tbsp. vanilla powder
- 100g. chocolate
- 30g. cream
- Salt
Steps:
- 1. Mix flour, soluble cocoa, soda powder, barmy powder, salt and vanilla powder together and sift.
- 2. Stir egg-white till barmy, add 100g. sugar for several times, then stir until half-solid
- 3. Stir yolk with 50g. sugar, milk-water and mixed-flour, add oil into it.
- 4. Put a little of egg-white into the yolk, stir lightly, then add the others for several times and mix them well. Paint oil on the baking module, pour the paste in.
- 5. Pre-heat the oven, set the temperature to 170 °C, bake for 40 minutes.
- 6. Melt the chocolate by hot water, when the cake is cool off, paint it on the chocolate, and mix the rest of chocolate with cream, put them in the decorating tube and garnished the cake.
