Fruit Cake

Fruit Cake
Ingredients
150g flour 120g brown sugar 3 eggs 12og none salt butter 50g preserve fruit 30g raisins 1/2 tbsp soda powder 2 tbsp rum salt
Methods
1.Soak preserve fruit and raisins in rum
2.Stir butter and sugar until white add eggs and mix them well
3.Add sifted flour soda powder and salt into 2 stir it until sticky
4.Add 1 to 3 mix them well
5.Paint oil on the baking model pour 4 in bake for 35 minutes by 170C test it by a bamboo stick after it's colored,if its not sticky serve

Cheese Cake

Cheese Cake
Ingredients
1 fancy cake 90g non salt butter 80g flour 1 tbsp milk 60g patent flour 1/4 cup of water 1 egg salt 2 yolk
Methods
1.Stir 20g patent flour with non salt -butter press them into thin pieces
2.Mix flour with 40g patent flour add milk egg water salt stir the paste to be smoothly wait for 15 minutes
3.Warp the cheese sliced with paste roll and folf for three times chill for 1 hour then roll it into a large piece paint the yolk on wrap the fancy cake with it dig the paste by fork paint the yolk on a gain
6.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 180C° bake for 40 minutes until golden

Swiss Roll

Swiss Roll
Ingredients
90g flour 90g castor sugar 50g none salt butter 1 tbsp milk powder 4 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla powder 1/4 tbsp salt 50g cream 2 pieces of paper(30cm by 40 cm or depends on the size of baking plate)
Methods
1.Stir eggs and sugar until white
2.Add flour vanilla powder milk powder butter and salt stir them to be the paste
3.Put paper on the baking pan pour 2 into
4.Bake for 35 minutes by 170C° put the piece of paper on the table
5.Put the cake up side down paint cream on it then roll it with paper into round wait for 15 minutes and take the paper away

1 fancy cake 1 cup of cream 20g blueberry jam 15g diced alond 1/2 tbsp gelatin 1/4 cup of hot water

Tiger Skin Cake

Tiger Skin Cake
Ingredients
Skin :2 egg white 4 yolk 10g castor sugar 20g corn powder
Inside:4 yolk 4 egg white 100g sugar 30g milk 30g 1 piece of paper 1/4 tbsp soda powder
Methods
1.Stir egg with 2 yolk castor sugar add corn powder and mix them well
2.Put paper on the baking pan pour in paste
3.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 180C° bake for 15 minutes cool the skin off
4.Mix milk cocoa powder oil soda powder flour yolk and 60g sugar
5.Stir egg white until barmy add 40g sugar for serveral times put them into 4
6.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 180C° bake for 30 minutes cool it oof
7.Take the skin on paper paint on cream stuff inside roll to round shape open after 20 minutes then serve



Golden Cake

Golden Cake
Ingredeints
80g flour 3 eggs 20g castor sugar 40g none salt butter 1/2 of milk lemon juice 1 fancy cake
Methods
1.Cut the fancy cake into 8cm long and 2 cm wide
2.Stir egg until barmy add sugar cream milk flour and lemon juice and mix them well
3.Pre-heat the pan pour paste in them put a piece of cake in when the paste becomes well done turn it with the cake up side down
4.Slice the paste with cake then serve

1.Paint butter on the baking model spread almond sliced on it
2.Mix flour soda powder vanilla powder together and sift
3.Stir egg white until barmy add 100g sugar for several times stir them to be half soild
4.Mix yolk with 50g sugar milk and 2 oil well
5.Put a little of egg white into the yolk stir lightly add the rest of egg white for several times in the yolk pour them in the baking model paint smoothly
6.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 170C bake for 40 minutes

1.Mixed flour soda powder and salt and vanilla powder together and sift
2.Stir egg white until barmy add 100g sugar for several times stir to be half solid
3.Mix yolk with 50g sugar milk mixed flour and oil
4.Put a little of egg white into the yolk stir lightly then add the other egg white for several times to the yolk and mix them well.Paint oil on the baking model pour paste in
5.Pre-heat the oven set the temperature to 170C bake for 40 minutes
6.Cool the cake off then paint it by cream put the rest of cream in the decorating tube and garnish the cake after that topping the cake by a few fruits

1 fancy cake 1 honey lemon lemon choclate chopped strawberry chocolate chooped 400g cream

1.Cool the fancy cake off cut it into three pieces from side
2.Paint on cream put the honey melon sliced on the middle cover the three pieces back to the cake
3.Coat cream around the cake
4.Spread lemon chocolate chopped and strawberry chocolate chopped around the cake
5.Cut the honey melon into many small ball garnish on the cake

1.Cut the swiss roll into 3 pieces.(round sponge cake is okay)

3.Spread coconut powder on chill for 1 hour

Honey Cake

Ingredients
250g flour 8 eggs 200g castor sugar 60g honey 60g milk 50g none salt butter
Methods
1.Separate the egg white and yolk in two pans
2.Respectively add 100g sugar on and stir them untill barmy
3.Add honey them mix the two ingredients
4.Add milk butter and flour into 3 and mix them well
5.Pour them into the baking model with waxed paper bake for 15 minutes by 170C

Boston Pie
Ingredients
80g flour70g castor sugar vanila powder 1/2 tbsp soda powder 4eggs 40g cream 1 can of peach 30g sugar powder a dash of salt
Methods
1.Mix yolk with 30g sugar add oil flour soda powder vanilla powder and salt
2.Stir egg with 60g sugar untill half solid then mix it with 1 well
3.Put them on the pie pan bake it for 30 minutes by 170C cool it off first then cut it into half from the side
4.Put the cream and peach diced on the half pie cover another half back.Spread sugar powder,then serve.

Lemon Pie

Lemon Pie
[Ingredients]
paste A,30g.Lemon juice,1 Tbsp geltain,50g,sugar,3/4 cup of water,2 eggs,100cc cream,30cc milk,1/2 tbsp lemon-skin chopped.
[methods]
1.soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water
2.cook milk,yolk,lemon juice,25g,sugar by simmer,and mix them well
3.Put gelatin into 2 stir them until sticky,then turn the fire off.Stir the egg white and sugar until bramy.
4.Add the dressing of milk egg and lemon-skin chopped into the egg white mix them well
5.Put 3 on the paste chill it for 1 hour.Put 100cc cream in a pan,stir it until almost solid.
6.Take the pie out garnished by cream
