Stew Mutton with Herbs

Stew Mutton with Herbs
Ingredients
750g mutton,10g each of conioselinum,astrangalus membranaceus and tangerine peel,cinnamon,and cinnamomum cassia presel,3 slices of angelica,1 slice of licorice root,15g medlar,10 red dates,1 ginger
Seasoning
2-3 bottles of rice wine,3 tbsp black sesame oil
Methods
1.Rinse and cut mutton into small pieces.Blanch them into the boiling water.Rinse herbage,drain.Soak red dates.Slice ginger.
2.Heat the pot,fry ginger with black sesame oil until fragrant and put mutton in to stir-fry,then remove to a pot for stewing with rice wine until mutton is soft and done.
Efficiency
Promote blood circulation and keep out cold.

Cream Cheese Cake

Cream Cheese cake
[Ingredients]
1 fancy cake 150g cream cheese 30g none salt butter 30g cream30g corn powder 2 yolk 2 egg white 100g sugar 1/4 tbsp salt
[Methods]
1.stir egg white into white add 60g sugar for several times stir it until half solid
2.stir cream cheese and one salt butter into white add 40g sugar salt then mix with corn powder yolk cream put into
3.put paper on the baking pan but 1/3 fancy cake in the baking model pour paste into paint smoothly
4.add water in the baking pan to keep it wet for the cake
5.pre heat the oven set the temperature to 130C bake for 1 and half hour
6.enjoys you goodies

1 fancy cake 300g cream peaches canned pineapple alomnd 4 kiwis
Methods
1.Cut the fancy cake into half
2.Slice the fruits 3
3.Put the cream in the middle of the cake stuff fruits in it cover with the cake
4.Paint cream around the cake
5.Dress cream on
6.Put fruit sliced on the cake garnish by cherry

Almond Coffee Cake

Almond Coffee Cake
Ingredients
120.g flour 80g non salt butter 3 egg 40g castor sugar 50g instant coffee 70g almond sliced,1 tbsp soda powder 1/2 tbsp salt
Methods
1.mixed egg sugar and none salt butter well
2.stir sifted flour soda powder salt and instant coffee well put them into
3.put the paste into the baking model,bake about 40 minutes by 170c(pre heat the oven for 10-15 minutes)
4.cool it off garnish it by almond sliced,then serve

Ingredients
1 pair of pig's kidney.20g eucommic bark,10g medlar,1 ginger
Seasoning
2 tbsp wine,proper salt
Methods
1.Cut the kidney into halves,remove the membrane,score  in a crisscross pattern and soak in the water.Rinse kidney and then blanch in the boiling water.Rinse herbage and drain.Slice ginger.
2.Stew ingredient 20g eucommic bark with 5 cups of water and then turn to high heat while putting kidney and seasoning in to cook until boiling again.
Efficiency
Good for liver and kidney.Strengthen the body.

Ingredients
1 dark skinned hen,6-7 pcs.of ginsengs,10g medlar,10 red dates,2 tbsp rice wine
Methods
1.Rinse hen,cut into pieces and then blanch into the boiling water.Rinse herbage,then drain.Soak red dates until soft.
2.Put hen,all herbage,water and rice wine in a pot to cook with high heat,after boiling,turn to low heat to continue cooking for abt.1 hour.
Efficiency:  Good for liver and kidney. Cure backache.
