Ingredients
1 pig's tail,25g 30g eucommia bark
Seasoning
Proper salt
Methods
1.Rinse and cut pig's tail into piece,blanch in the boiling water.Rinse herbage and drain.
2.Put water,pig's tail and herbage in a pot to cook,after boiling,turn to low hear to stew until pig's tail is soft.Add seasoning in.
Efficiency
Good for liver and kidney.
